Joining the waitlist is free and gives you the best chance to secure yours. However, please note that availability is limited, and we cannot guarantee every request will be fulfilled. Priority will be given to our loyal returning customers.

How does it work?

Choose your size preferences, date for pickup or delivery, and any add-ons. Your contact details will be collected during checkout.

We’ll confirm your tree and delivery or pickup date

We’ll contact you the week before your chosen date to confirm availability. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we'll promptly notify you and offer alternative options (if available).

Finalise your order & make payment after we have secured your tree

Our trees are cut fresh daily and hand-selected for you. Once your tree is sourced and sized, we’ll contact you to finalise your order and arrange payment. You can pay in-store or via a link sent to your phone.
