When should I buy a real Christmas tree?
Real cut trees
Although real cut trees can last for up to 4 weeks, they usually look best within the first 2-3 weeks. See our care tips to keep your tree alive and fresh in December.
Traditionally most families put up their Christmas tree on the 1st of December.
If you want your Christmas tree to look great for Christmas day, it is best to come in and select your tree during the 1st or 2nd week of December.
However if you will be away for Christmas day and mainly want to enjoy your Christmas tree for the first weeks of December, then any time from our store opening day is fine.
Check our announcement bar for each day for availability of cut trees at the top of the website.
Live potted Christmas trees
These are living and will continue to grow. So anytime is fine, however it will depend on stock and availability. So if you are travelling from far distance, please call ahead to make sure we have the stock and variety you are interested in.
When will our next load of fresh cut trees arrive?
We aim to have fresh cut trees delivered to our store each morning ready for when the store opens.
Although rare, there are occasions when the weather or conditions on the farm delay or other unforeseen circumstances delays arrival of our trees.
At the top of the website we will update our announcement bar regularly throughout the day to advise of delays and stock levels. Please come back to the website regularly.
Do you take pre-orders? Can I order a tree online?
For the first-time, we are trialling online pre-orders for a limited number of 5ft & 6ft Monterey Pine Real cut Christmas trees across limited dates.
Our retail store in Sydney will continue to offer a wide selection of real Christmas trees available for customers to walk-in and purchase in-store.
If you are a business, please call us for more information.
We are also managing a waitlist for our biggest Real Cut Christmas trees (7.5ft and above) due to limited availability and to better serve our loyal returning customers.
